Self-Activating Fire Suppression Microcapsules
Perfluorohexanone Self-Activating Fire Suppression Microcapsules are designed for early-stage fire protection in compact and enclosed high-risk areas.
The extinguishing agent is encapsulated inside heat-sensitive microcapsules using a polymer shell structure. When the surrounding temperature reaches the activation threshold, the capsule shell ruptures automatically and releases the extinguishing agent to help suppress the fire at an early stage.
The microcapsules require no external power supply or control system and can be integrated into fire suppression patches, coatings, composite materials or other compact fire protection solutions.
They are suitable for electrical equipment, battery systems, charging equipment, distribution equipment and other applications where space is limited and automatic thermal response is required.
